Recent trailers have also been released for more entertainment that is set to come up very soon. Some of these trailers look quite promising in their potential. These trailers show a side of actors and creators that people have been wanting to see for a very long time indeed.
Movie Shows That Piqued Our Interest
Even if several notable titles have already been made available, there is still a lot to anticipate. The teaser trailers for future projects give away some intriguing plots and lesser-known genres. Here is a list of some of the movies and television shows that we are most anticipating.
1. Double XL

The trailer for Double XL, a clutter-busting movie that seeks to reinvent how “attractiveness” and “self-worth” are judged, was published. The film, starring Huma Qureshi and Sonakshi Sinha, is slated to be released in theatres on November 4, 2022.
Satramm Ramani’s slice-of-life comedic drama confronts overweight stereotypes that have long plagued us as a culture. Double XL explores the emotions of two plus-size women as they negotiate a society that frequently equates a woman’s desirability or beauty with her size in scenes set in Meerut, Delhi, and London.
After watching the trailer, Double XL looks like a movie that makes sure to bring a fun experience with a lot of potentials to generate social discussion on the topic. While Huma Qureshi portrays a sports broadcaster, Sonakshi Sinha represents a rising stylist, both of whom gained weight for the film.
2. Ram Setu

The trailer for Ram Setu has arrived, and Akshay Kumar is once again pledging to be the saviour of our world, or at the very least of our history. The film, directed by Abhishek Sharma, also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushratt Bharucha, in addition to Akshay. It’s the narrative of one man’s race against time who is on a mission to safeguard India’s legacy – Ram Setu – that was erected by Lord Rama and his team while they were prepared to conquer Lanka, Ravana’s kingdom, to bring back Sita, as seen in the video.
The well-known Setu, which is referenced in the Hindu epic Ramayana, connects the two nations of present-day Sri Lanka and India. The movie’s trailer depicts how some forces are attempting to eradicate the existence of the “Ram Setu,” but they put their faith in Akshay’s persona to thwart their nefarious plans. A little piece of ancient history is incorporated into the action-adventure-style movie to make it seem more realistic and interesting. There are a few sequences that feature historic caves, massive sculptures, ancient temples, and, of course, the setu’ built by Lord Ram’s Vanara-army under the direction of Lord Hanuman.
3. Phone Bhoot

The trailer for Katrina Kaif’s Phone Bhoot has arrived, and it’s as amusing as you’d imagine. The movie appears to promise a lot of fun and entertainment while the actors also appear in silly parts. The horror-comedy Phone Bhoot was directed by Gurmeet Singh. While Katrina plays the ‘bhoot’ with a ‘business idea,’ Siddhant and Ishaan play the ‘police’ on a mission to provide moksha to the world’s lost spirits.
However, much like any other story with a random act of kindness, they experience difficulties when Atmaram enters their lives. In the movie Phone Bhoot, Jackie Shroff portrays the antagonist, and based on the provided context, he seems to take on the role of some kind of exorcist. However, the trailer’s most intriguing sequence features Sheeba Chaddha and Katrina
4. Doctor G

Ayushmann Khurrana and Rakul Preet Singh are scheduled to play doctors in the upcoming Doctor G. The movie’s trailer was made public recently. Anubhuti Kashyap is the director of the movie, which also stars Sheeba Chaddha and Shefali Shah in significant parts.
The nearly three-minute-long teaser opens with Ayushmann Khurrana’s character, Dr. Uday Gupta, getting into problems after requesting that his patient remove her clothing for a clinic diagnostic. He appears uneasy serving females and hopes to become an orthopedic surgeon while attending medical school. Rakul Preet Singh is viewed as his colleague and love interest who engages in some ragging after he wound up in gynecology as the sole male student.
Sheeba Chaddha appears to be playing Ayushmann’s mother, who is seeking love on Tinder. Shefali Shah plays doctor Nandini, Ayushmann Khurrana’s superior, who urges him to remove his “masculine touch.” He attempts to grasp his patient’s difficulties and conquer his fear. He also kisses Rakul passionately in the movie in between the mayhem.
5. Drishyam 2

The long-awaited Drishyam 2 trailer, featuring Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Akshaye Khanna, and others, has finally been released. The movie is the follow-up to the 2017 thriller directed by Nishikant Kamat, a remake of the popular Malayalam-language movie with Mohanlal. Ajay Devgn, who is returning to play Vijay Salgaonkar in Drishyam 2, is reintroduced to us in the trailer. His family is still dealing with the fallout from Sam’s disappearance all those years ago, it is discovered.
Devgn is back in this sequel as Goa’s Vijay Salgaonkar, a family man who is obsessed with cinema. He gets to know that a new cop is looking into his personal life in regard to the unresolved issue from the previous movie. Drishyam 2, directed by Abhishek Pathak, picks up seven years after the events of the previous film, which ended with Vijay cryptically confessing to the policewoman in charge of their case. However, throughout those seven years, the Goa police never lost their suspicion of him.
This time, Vijay’s opponent is a new lead investigator, the role of which is filled by Akshaye Khanna. The officer takes great satisfaction in his aptitude for interpreting suspects. As the cat-and-mouse game gets more intense, Vijay informs his family that they would likely have to live their entire lives keeping a vigilant eye on their surroundings. The teaser concludes with the surprise reappearance of Tabu, the first film’s prime investigator, who teams up with her replacement as they narrow in on Vijay.
6. Black Panther 2

Marvel Studios’ “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” directed by Ryan Coogler and produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore, travels back to the country of Wakanda where a new threat has emerged. The newest trailer and poster for the action-packed feature picture go around Talokan, a secretive undersea nation.
In the film, Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira), and the Dora Milaje (featuring Florence Kasumba) strive to safeguard their country from interfering world forces in the aftermath of King T’Challa’s death. As the Wakandans prepare to embark on their next adventure, the heroes must join together with the assistance of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) to build a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda.
The new Black Panther: Wakanda Forever teaser begins with the Wakandans seen attending T’Challa’s burial while his likeness watches on from a mural, just like the original trailer did. “Only the most broken people can be great leaders,” the voiceover continues. The action then picks up speed as Namor ascends to his throne and declares war on the inhabitants of the surface. When M’Baku says that Namor’s followers don’t refer to him as a general or king, but rather as the “feathered-serpent God,” he emphasizes exactly how strong Namor is.
Conclusion
Whatever you’re looking for in a movie—romantic comedies, action movies, family fare, or superhero blockbusters—is something there’s to look forward to in the near future. And while the year is nearing its end, the pace of upcoming movies isn’t trying to slow down. And we have absolutely no complaints about that. It looks like 2023 will provide a great deal more, and the early peeks, in the context of trailers, have certainly piqued our attention.
