Born in the year 1982, Arjun Bijlani is one of the most famous and loved Indian television and film actors. His major industry of work in the present time is Indian Television and he works in TV fiction and reality shows. He also had received several awards for his acting including four Gold Awards. Arjun Bijlani started his television journey in the year 2004 with Balaji Telefilms series Kartika opposite Jennifer Winget. He was in the lead role, his character was named Ankush who was Kartika’s love interest. In the year 2005, he appeared in a youth television-based series named Remix where he played the supporting role and his character’s name was Vikram. Though he debuted in Indian Television in the year 2004 he got noticed by the audience through the action-based television drama “Left Right Left” where he portrayed the role of Cadet Aalekh Sharma. Arjun continuously proved himself and started getting more frequent leading roles in television dramas.
He signed Deepti Bhatnagar’s period drama Mohe Rang De in the year 2008 and played the role of a rich fun-loving guy named Sanjay. In the same year, he got featured in the romantic youth show named Mile Jab Hum Tum along with Sanaya Irani, Mohit Sehgal, and Rati Pandey. Mile Jab Hum Tum conquered many hearts and is still noted in the list of most loved television shows. Arjun played the role of Mayank Sharma who is a nerd and falls in love with a fun-loving girl. Arjun Bijlani is a very fine actor but he is also an outstanding host, in the year 2012 he hosted UTV Bindass’ reality talk show Dell Inspiron Road Diaries and in the same year he also acted opposite Neha Janpandit in Magic Lantern’s telefilm in Teri Meri Love Stories that was aired in Star Plus. In the year 2012, Arjun also did a short film, Full Phukre. In 2013, he worked on two more short films named I Guess and Caught in the Web released in the upcoming year. I guess the plot of the short film revolves around the protagonist named Manav waiting for his friend’s operation in a hospital lobby, who starts a weird conversation with a stranger named Aadi about life and death. In the year 2016 Arjun made his Bollywood debut with Baba Motion Pictures’ Direct Ishq co-starring Rajneesh Duggal and Nidhi Subbaiah. In July, he participated in the dance show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. In August of the year 2016, he signed Colours Tv’s show Kavach….Kali Shaktiyo starring Mona Singh and Vivek Dahiya also appeared in several episodes of Naagin (season two).
In the year 2017, he went with Beyond Dreams Entertainment show Ishq Mein Marjawan which was broadcasted on Colours TV, the show received very good TRPs and was finished in June 2019. In the meantime, during the year 2018, Bijlani anchored the dance reality show Dance Deewane and hosted Colours’ TV cooking reality show, Kitchen Champion in the year 2019 and appeared in 4 episodes of Naagin season three.
